I really enjoy aloo bukhara, especially in this weather. I'm pregnant, and I wanted to check if it's safe and beneficial to eat during this time. Can I include aloo bukhara in my pregnancy diet?
Yes, it is very healthy, just wash it properly before eating to remove any dirt or pesticides. Don't overeat them though, two or three a day is more than enough.
I have been loving the sweet and sour taste of plums lately! Are you guys eating them raw or making some juice out of them, because I'd love some recipe ideas!
I just had my baby and during my pregnancy, I used to eat plums almost every afternoon. They totally cured my sour cravings and kept my digestion on track, highly recommend it!
Aloo bukhara is excellent during pregnancy because it is packed with fiber and vitamin C. It really helps relieve constipation, which is a major issue for most pregnant women, so go ahead and eat it.
