I have a bad throat and the chemist mentioned amoxicillin but i dint take anything without asking first. Im 18 weeks and very nervous about taking any medicine right now. Planning to call my doctor but wanted to hear if anyone was given this.
Amoxicillin is generally one of the antibiotics doctors do prescribe in pregnancy when needed. But please dont take it on your own, only if your gynac writes it for you. Self medication is the thing to avoid.
