We have been trying for almost a year now and im trying to eat better. My neighbour aunty told me to soak anjeer and eat daily as it helps with conceiving. Is there any truth to this or just a myth? curious if anyone tried.
Figs are healthy, no harm, but dont expect them to be some fertility miracle. Good diet, healthy weight and timing matter more. If conceiving is taking a while, better to get a basic checkup done than rely on dry fruits.
Anjeer is a good nutritious dry fruit, beta, full of iron and minerals, so it helps overall health while trying. But on its own it doesnt magically help conceiving. Eat it as part of a balanced diet, thats the right way.
I had trouble conceiving with PCOS and tried all the healthy food advice including anjeer. Its nice for nutrition but it wasnt the deciding factor for me, proper medical guidance was. Eat it, sure, but also see a doctor if its been a while.
I started soaking anjeer too when we began trying, mainly for the nutrition. It cant hurt as part of a good diet, but I dont think it works alone. Im also planning to do a basic checkup just to be sure. Wishing you luck.
