I used to do anulom vilom daily before and now im 4 months along. Not sure if i can continue the same way or if i should change anything. Anyone doing pranayam during pregnancy, is it fine?

Gentle breathing like anulom vilom helped me stay calm, but I only did it after my doctor said it was fine for me. Keep it slow and dont hold breath hard. Always check first before any practice.
Light breathing is usually fine but please run it by your gynac, especially avoid any forceful or breath holding kind. Everyone's body is different. Safer to confirm first na.
I found gentle pranayam really peaceful during pregnancy, it kept my mind positive. Just kept it soft and never strained. With doctor's okay it was lovely for me.
