trying to stay hydrated and add more fruits but cant always eat a whole apple, so was thinking of just having the juice. is fresh apple juice good or does it lose all the benefit? im 4 months along.
Juice spikes sugar faster than the whole fruit, so I was careful with it after my GD. If your sugar is fine, fresh and unsweetened in small amount is okay. Eating the actual apple is the safer choice though.
Fresh apple juice is fine in moderation, but a whole apple is better because of the fibre. Juice has more sugar and less fibre. I usually just ate the fruit instead.
