My mom keeps giving me dried apricots saying its good for blood and all. I do like them but wanted to check if eating them daily is fine during these months. Anyone been told the same?
I had GD so I was careful, dried apricots have a lot of natural sugar. Fresh ones in small amounts were fine for me. If you have any sugar concerns, just check the portion with your doctor.
Beta dried apricots, khubani, are good for iron and energy, we always kept them at home. Have a few soaked ones, easy on the tummy. But anything in limit, na, not a whole bowl at once.
