my digestion has been off and someone at home suggested aristozyme syrup. but im 14 weeks and dont want to take anything without being sure. planning to ask my doc but wanted to know if any of u took it during pregnancy?
Ho na, stomach problems can be so irritating in pregnancy. But Aristozyme lene se pehle ek baar doc se pooch lo na, khud se lena thik nahi hai. Thoda sa saunf chaba lo, usse relief milta hai.
As someone who had a very complicated pregnancy, I would highly recommend not touching any over-the-counter medicine. Even seemingly simple syrups can have ingredients that might not suit everyone. Please consult your doctor before taking anything.
Ugh, the bloating after eating delicious pani puri is so real! But honestly, avoid Aristozyme until your gynac says yes. For my cravings-induced gas, simple pudina water or ajwain worked like magic!
It is always better to be safe than sorry when it comes to any syrup or tablet. My doctor had told me to strictly avoid taking self-prescribed enzymes. Try to drink some warm water or walk a bit after meals instead.
Oh dear, I completely understand how uncomfortable indigestion can get during these months, it is so tough. But please don't take any medicine like Aristozyme without checking with your doctor first. Your safety and your baby's health are most important.
Beta, please don't take such medicines on your own during pregnancy. When I was staying with my parents, my mother used to give me a little bit of warm ginger tea for digestion. It's much safer than taking pills without consulting your doctor.
Listen, pregnancy is not the time to do self-medication. Whether it is Aristozyme or any other digestive syrup, just call your gynac and ask. It takes two minutes to confirm, so don't take unnecessary risks.
Definitely do not self-prescribe Aristozyme or any digestive enzymes right now. The safety data on these during pregnancy is quite limited. Drop a quick text to your gynac and let them prescribe a safe alternative if you're struggling with digestion.
