Trying to conceive since almost a year now and someone in my family suggested ashokarishta for it. Im a little doubtful if it actually helps with conceiving or its just for periods. Anyone tried it while ttc?
I have heard of it in ayurveda for cycle related things, my MIL mentioned it. But honestly for conceiving please dont start any tonic on your own. Show it to a doctor or proper ayurveda vaidya first.
With my PCOS i was tempted to try lots of such things but i learnt the hard way to check first. Some tonics can interfere with cycles. Better get your hormones tested and go from there na.
