Is azithromycin safe in first trimester of pregnancy?
I had a bad throat infection and was prescribed this before i knew i was pregnant. ab im around 7 weeks and panicking ki kahi baby pe asar na ho. planning to call my doc but mann mein bohot tension hai. anyone been in similar situation?
