My period is 4 days late and im getting this dull cramp in my lower back, not like the usual period one. Trying to conceive since couple months so my mind is going everywhere. Did anyone feel back cramps before they found out?
Could be early sign for some, but every body is different beta. Dont stress yourself guessing. Wait for the missed period and take a test, that gives the real answer.
Hmm it can mean many things to be honest. With my PCOS I used to get back cramps even without pregnancy. I wouldnt read too much into it, just test once you are late and you will know for sure.
It can be, but back cramps come before periods also na, so its not a sure sign. Best is to take a test after your period is late. Dont go only by cramps.
I had mild lower back ache around the time I found out, so for me yes. But honestly it felt same as period cramps. Are you having other signs too like missed period?
