My lower back has been aching for the past few days and my period is slightly late this time. We are hoping it worked this month. Could this be an early sign or am i reading too much into it?

Mild back ache can be normal early on. But if its severe pain or comes with bleeding or fever, dont brush it off, get it checked by a doctor. Sharp one sided pain especially needs attention.
