i think im around 5 weeks and my lower back has been aching for couple days. i usually dont get back pain before periods so im wondering if this could be a pregnancy thing. anyone else felt this early on?
Mild backache yes can be early sign. But please note, if the back pain is severe or comes with bleeding or strong cramps, dont wait, call your doctor. I learned to take sharp pains seriously.
