Im around 7 weeks and have this dull kamar pain since morning. No bleeding or anything but thoda tension ho raha hai. How do i know if its just normal pregnancy pain or something to worry about? Will call my doc but wanted to hear from others first.
In my first weeks, I felt this dull, constant ache in my lower back and I was so terrified of miscarriage that I cried. But my doctor assured me it was just my uterus expanding. However, please consult your doctor just to be completely sure and get peace of mind.
For mild backaches, sitting with a warm pillow or doing light stretching helps a lot. But please note, if this pain is severe or if there's even a little bleeding, don't try any home remedies at all. Just rush to your doctor immediately.
Oh dear, I totally understand how scary this thought can be. Mild back pain is actually very common in early pregnancy as your body is changing. But if the pain is really sharp or you see any spotting, please contact your doctor immediately to be safe.
As someone whose back has been singing painful melodies since day one, I can tell you back pain is a very normal pregnancy gift! But jokes apart, if it's a severe crampy pain, please call your doctor. Early on, hormones loosen up everything, but safety first always.
Please keep your mind calm and pray, stress is not good for you or the baby. Mild back pain is just your body preparing for this beautiful soul, but if you feel severe pain, please consult your gynac right away. Have faith and take care of your health.
Haha, my back started hurting the day I saw those two pink lines and honestly, it hasn't stopped even now with a 3-month-old! But seriously, normal backache is fine, but if it feels like terrible period cramps or there is spotting, call your doc. Don't take any chances.
Honestly, even I had constant backaches in my first trimester and Google kept showing me scary things like miscarriage. Did anyone else get paranoid like this? My gynac checked and said it's just hormone changes, but definitely call your doc if it's too painful.
