My lower back has been aching for few days and period is slightly delayed. Not sure if its just normal back pain or something else. Anyone experienced back pain even before testing positive?

I had this mild lower back pain even before my missed period and I kept wondering if it's a sign. Did anyone else feel the same so early? It really confused me with normal period pain honestly.
Honestly I drove myself crazy reading into every little back ache. It can be a symptom but also a hundred other things, so try not to read too much into it like I did. If the pain is very sharp or with bleeding then please call your gynac.
Beta with both my babies my back used to pain a lot. It is normal in pregnancy, but a light pain alone does not confirm anything. Wait for your date and check with a kit.
My doctor explained that back pain can happen early because of hormone changes and the uterus starting to grow. But she said it's not a confirm symptom on its own, it can be PMS too. The only sure way is a test after your missed period.
Yes back pain is super common in pregnancy, but more in later months than first week. Don't go only by back pain to decide, take a proper test. In early days it can easily be a period sign also.
My amma also said back pain runs along with pregnancy in our family. It can be an early sign yes, but I would still trust a proper test and a doctor over guessing. Take rest and don't strain your back too much in the meantime.
