My period is a few days late and ive been having this dull lower back ache. Im hoping it could be early pregnancy but also dont want to read too much into it. Did anyone get back pain as one of their first signs?
Same, I had a low back ache before I even knew. Did anyone else feel it shift to more of a pulling ache later on? Mine came back in the second trimester and I'm trying to manage it with a cushion behind my back.
For me yes, I felt a dull lower back ache pretty early and it was one of the first odd things along with my missed period. It can be an early sign but back pain has so many causes too. I confirmed with a test before assuming anything.
Mild backache can come with early pregnancy, true. But I'll add a careful note, if the back pain is severe, or comes with bleeding or cramps, dont just write it off as a pregnancy sign, get it checked. With me strong pain turned out to need attention.
