Is back pain and cramps normal in early pregnancy?
Just found out im pregnant, around 6 weeks. Getting mild cramps and a dull kamar pain on and off and it feels a bit like period pain which is freaking me out. Is this normal in the beginning or should I call my doc?
Listen, while many people say it's normal, with cramps and back pain, it's always best to just give your gynac a quick call. They can confirm everything is okay for *you* specifically. Better safe than sorry, always.
Oh yaar, mere saath bhi same hua tha early pregnancy mein. Halka back pain aur cramps toh bahut common the. Mujhe laga periods aane waale hain but phir positive test aaya. Thoda rest karo, it helps.
Sweetie, don't you worry too much. Early pregnancy often feels a lot like period symptoms, so back pain and mild cramps are quite common. Just try to take it easy, listen to your body, and don't lift anything heavy. If it feels really bad, of course, tell your doctor.
OMG, I totally felt that too! When I first got pregnant, every little cramp made me so nervous, I kept thinking something was wrong. My back also ached like anything in the first few weeks, I was constantly checking online. It's so scary for a new mom na.
Most of the time, these are just your body adjusting for the baby, especially in early months. But it's always a good idea to discuss all your symptoms with your doctor during your regular check-ups. They keep track of everything, like your thyroid levels and all, and can guide you best.
