My period is 4 days late and since two days i have this dull lower back ache that wont go. I usually get back pain before periods too so im confused na. Did anyone feel back pain this early before they tested positive?
I had mild lower back pain very early on and kept googling it anxiously. Did anyone else feel this before even testing? It felt almost like period cramps.
Yes mild back ache can be early, the hormones loosen everything up. But it's not a sure sign on its own. Best to just take a test if your period is late.
