My lower back has been aching since few days and period is also late. Usually i get backache before periods too so im confused if its that or something more. Did anyone notice backache as one of the early signs?
I felt a dull lower backache quite early, similar to period pain, and it was actually one of my first hints. It comes from the hormone and body changes. Mine eased with rest and a warm compress.
It can be, but backache is also super common from a hundred other things. Dont go by it alone, take a test after missed period. Later in pregnancy back pain is almost guaranteed though.
