My hb is a bit low and saas keeps telling me to have beetroot daily. I do like it but wanted to know if its actually good in pregnancy or just a ghar ka nuskha. anyone?
God has given us such wonderful natural foods to nourish our bodies. Beetroot is very pure and healthy for both you and the baby. Eat well, keep a happy and peaceful mind, and everything will be beautiful.
Beetroot is rich in iron, folic acid, and fiber, which helps with constipation. My gynecologist recommended eating it in moderate amounts because too much can cause a drop in blood pressure. So having it in salads or soup a few times a week is perfect.
I had a C-section and my Hb levels had dropped a lot during pregnancy and post-delivery. Eating beetroot really helped me recover and rebuild my iron levels. It is a great natural way to stay healthy, just don't overdo it.
Haan behan, chukandar toh bahut achha hota hai khoon badhane ke liye. Humare yahan toh doctor bolte hain ki ise roz thoda khao. Aap iska salad ya juice banakar le sakti ho, fayda karega.
Yes, absolutely! Beetroot is amazing for increasing hemoglobin. 🩸 I used to have beetroot-carrot juice or add it to my salads regularly. It's super healthy for the baby!
Yes dear, beetroot is very good, but just a small heads up—it can turn your urine or stool slightly pinkish. Don't panic if that happens, it is completely normal. Just have it in moderation as part of a balanced diet.
