I noticed some light spotting this morning and my heart just dropped, im 10 weeks. No real pain but im honestly scared. Im calling my gynac first thing, just needed to hear from someone who went through this and was okay.
My doctor explained some spotting can happen around implantation or after a check up, but she told me clearly to report any bleeding immediately so they can rule out serious causes. With heavy bleeding or pain, go to the hospital, dont wait.
Light spotting in early pregnancy can happen and be okay, but you cant judge it yourself. Heavy bleeding, clots or pain is not something to wait on. Contact your doctor whenever you see blood, dont guess.

I will be honest, I have been through a loss and bleeding scares me a lot. Not all bleeding is bad, but I would never wait and watch. Please call your gynac immediately if you see bleeding, let them decide.
