Is blood in vomit normal during pregnancy?

I've been experiencing severe morning sickness, and this morning I noticed a tiny bit of blood in my vomit. I'm really scared. Is it normal to have some blood in vomit during pregnancy, especially with a lot of sickness? Or should I be worried?
