Noticed some light pinkish brown spotting few days before my period was due and now im wondering. My periods are usually clean and on time so this felt different. Did anyone get something like this and turned out to be pregnant?

Light spotting around the time of implantation can happen for some women, and it's lighter than a period. But bleeding can also have other causes. My doctor said any bleeding should be checked rather than assumed to be a pregnancy sign.
I'd be careful about treating bleeding as a happy sign. I had spotting that needed monitoring early on. If you're seeing blood, please get a test done and see your gynac to be sure.
