I use bluetooth earphones almost whole day for calls and music. Now in 2nd trimester and suddenly got tension whether the radiation type thing is okay for baccha. Is it actually fine ya should I cut down? Maybe im overthinking lol.
It's non-ionizing radiation, so it doesn't have enough energy to damage cells or the baby. Totally safe to use. Just don't keep your phone directly on your belly for long hours, general precaution is always good.
Same here, I am 5 months pregnant and constantly on my Bluetooth headphones for office calls. Does anyone else get a bit worried after long usage? My doctor said it's safe but I still limit it.
It is perfectly safe, don't worry. Bluetooth waves are very low frequency, nothing like X-rays. I used my neckband throughout both my pregnancies and my kids are absolutely fine.
It's completely safe, dear, radiation is too low to cause harm. Just focus on your diet, less sugar, and stay active. Keeping your health in check is much more important than worrying about Bluetooth!
Oh god, I used to worry about this so much! I even stopped using my wireless earbuds and went back to wired ones just to be safe. Actually, docs say it's fine, but if it makes u anxious, just use speakerphone or wired ones for peace of mind.
I felt so paranoid about every small thing during my first pregnancy, even Bluetooth signals. But my gynac assured me it's totally safe. Looking at my healthy baby boy now, I realize I stressed over nothing.
My MIL was always telling me to keep my phone away from my belly because of radiation, haha. But honestly, Bluetooth is fine. Just to keep her happy, I used to limit my screen time, which actually helped me sleep better!
