Is brown bleeding normal in early pregnancy?

Saw some brownish discharge today when i went to washroom and my heart just dropped. Im 6 weeks and planning to call my gynac in the morning. Did this happen to anyone and turn out ok?

Light brown spotting can be normal, but please dont decide that yourself. If it turns bright red, increases, or comes with cramps or pain, call your gynac immediately. Early bleeding always deserves a doctor's eyes.

I'll be gentle here because I know how scary any bleeding feels. After my loss I never took spotting lightly and always rang my doctor, even for brown. Please get yours checked, it's the kindest thing you can do for your peace and safety.

I had brown spotting early on and honestly I freaked out completely. My gynac checked and said light brown spotting can be old blood and is often okay early. It settled for me, but getting it checked gave me huge relief.
