Been getting these crampy tummy spasms and someone at home suggested buscopan. I didnt take it, wanted to be careful first. Im about 10 weeks and dont want to take anything without checking with my doc. Just curious what others were told.
Don't self prescribe any antispasmodic during pregnancy please. What you can safely take depends on your trimester and history. Strong or persistent cramps especially need a doctor's attention, so call your gynac before taking anything.
I really cant comment on whether it's safe, that's a doctor's call. When I had cramps in pregnancy my gynac is the one who decided what I could take. Please dont take buscopan on your own, ring your doctor first.
For any tablet during pregnancy the rule is ask the doctor, dont go by general info. If it's stomach cramps a warm water bottle and rest gave me relief meanwhile. But sharp or ongoing pain needs your gynac to check, not a pill on your own.
Haan dekho, koi bhi medicine doctor se pooch ke hi lo na. Cramps ke liye main warm bag rakhti thi aur thoda rest. But pakka karne ke liye apni gynac ko bata do, woh sahi batayegi.
