These days I feel so much acidity and chaas is the only thing that gives me relief. Im having it almost daily now. Is that fine in pregnancy or am I overdoing it?

Yes it's great, good for digestion and keeps acidity in check. Just make sure it's fresh and made from pasteurised curd. Had it through both pregnancies.
Fresh buttermilk was a daily thing in our home and it kept me cool and helped digestion. A pinch of salt or jeera in it is lovely. Just have it fresh, and check with your doctor if you have any restrictions.
