Beta a few cashews and almonds daily are very good, we always gave nuts to pregnant girls at home. Soak them or have a small handful, dont overdo it. They give good energy but moderation is key.
Yes cashews are fine, I had a small mix of nuts every morning in both pregnancies. Just keep the quantity reasonable since they are calorie heavy. No need to make it complicated.
Nuts are good but they are pricey, so I mixed a few cashews with cheaper peanuts and dates. Worked out within budget and still gave me energy. No need to buy expensive imported ones honestly.
