I usually keep some kaju in my bag for when i feel hungry between meals. Now im second trimester and just wondering if eating them daily is fine or thoda too much. pls share if anyone has eaten them regularly.
Nuts are a good cheap protein source actually, cheaper than a lot of supplements. I bought a mixed pack and rationed it for the week. Cashew, almond, walnut all good in small amounts.
Beta we always gave soaked nuts to expecting bahus, cashew badam mix is good for strength. Just dont eat too much, thoda sa is enough. And no salted fried ones, plain is better.
Arre yaar cashew is fine, dont overthink. I used to keep a small dabba in my bag for cravings. Just dont finish the whole packet in one go, that is the only rule.
Cashews are safe and actually quite good, they have healthy fats and protein. I had a small handful daily. If you have any nut allergy then obviously check with your doctor first.
