I eat gobi quite often, almost twice a week. Someone told me it causes gas and bloating which is not good when ttc but idk if thats even true. Just want to fix my diet properly.
Cauliflower is a good vegetable with folate and nutrients, nice when trying to conceive. Just cook it well and dont eat it raw. Some people get gas from it so eat in moderation.
I love gobi so this made me happy. It is healthy and folate rich which is great when planning. Only thing, it gave me a bit of bloating, so go easy on the quantity.
