I am feeling a weird deep ache near cervix area and my period is late. It is not very painful, just noticeable and making me think. Did anyone feel cervical pain before positive test?
I had this kind of dull ache low down in early weeks and i kept googling it lol. Doc said it was just stretching and the uterus settling. Did anyone else feel like a mild pinch there? made me so confused at the time.
Just be a bit careful with this one. Mild twinges can be normal but if the pain is sharp, one-sided, or comes with any spotting pls dont ignore it and call your gynac. Early pain that feels off is always better checked than guessed.
Honestly dont stress over one symptom. Bodies do weird stuff every cycle, pain here and there is so common. If your period is late take a test and you'll have your answer instead of overthinking each ache.
Not really a reliable sign honestly. Some women feel a little pulling or twinge down there early on coz of all the changes, but cervical pain alone doesnt confirm anything. If u think u might be pregnant just take a test after your missed period, thats the only real way to know.
My doctor explained that early pregnancy brings more blood flow and softening of the cervix, so some women do feel light pressure or aching. But she was clear that it varies a lot and many feel nothing at all. So basically not something to read too much into without a test.
