My allergies are acting up badly and i used to take this before getting pregnant. Now im scared to take anything without asking. Will check with my doc but wanted to hear if anyone took it while expecting.
Some antihistamines are used in pregnancy but only when the doctor prescribes them, dose and trimester matter. Dont self medicate from old strips at home. Just call your gynac, she will tell you what is fine.
I had bad allergy both times and never took anything without asking. My gynac prescribed something safe for me. Honestly just ring her, she will guide, dont risk it on your own.

Please dont take any allergy medicine on your own in pregnancy, even common ones. My doctor decided what I could take and the timing. Allergy and cold can be managed but the medicine call should be hers, not ours.
