I love chiku and have been eating one almost daily, but my aunty said sweet fruits are not good now. Im in my second trimester. Just want to know if its fine to continue or should i cut down.
My family says chikoo gives energy and is good in pregnancy, I had it often. It is gentle on the tummy too. As long as you wash well and eat ripe ones it should be fine.
Chiku is healthy but its high in natural sugar, so I had to limit it after my sugar levels rose. If you dont have sugar issues a piece or two is okay. Just keep an eye on portions.
