I get such strong cravings for hakka noodles and manchurian these days, almost daily na. But everyone keeps saying ajinomoto and all is not good in pregnancy. Is it really that bad or can i have it sometimes?
I craved noodles like crazy and had them sometimes, totally survived ha. The thing to watch is too much MSG, very oily and roadside hygiene. I just made it at home or picked a clean place and ate in moderation.
Actually I had my hakka noodles fix once in a while yaar, no drama. Just avoid the super oily street wala and too much ajinomoto. Home made or a good restaurant is safer na.
It's not bad in itself, it's more about hygiene, excess salt and oil. Occasional from a clean place is generally okay. If you have BP or sugar concerns, just be mindful and ask your gynac.
