I have a really stuffy nose and runny eyes since two days and someone at home suggested this. But im 14 weeks pregnant so I dont want to take anything random. Did anyone ask their gynac about this one?
This one is sometimes prescribed but it really depends on the trimester and dose. I wouldnt self medicate. A quick call to ur ob will clear it, dont guess with meds.
Honestly I never took any medicine without asking my gynac, even simple ones. Don't go by what someone says online for a tablet. Just message ur doctor, they reply fast for these things.
Pls dont take any allergy or cold medicine on ur own during pregnancy. Some are okay and some not, only ur doctor can tell based on ur stage. Better to call and ask before taking even one tablet.
I would never take a chance with medicines, I used to call my doctor for the smallest thing. Pls just check with ur gynac before taking it, na? Peace of mind is worth it.
For any medicine name, the safest answer is to ask ur own doctor, they know your history. I always confirmed with mine even for a cough syrup. Pls dont rely on a forum for this.
