Doc had given citralka before pregnancy for burning urine and i still have some at home. Now im 8 weeks and getting that discomfort again. Will check with my gynac before taking, just curious if anyone used it.
Citralka is usually for urine burning, but please dont take it without your gynac's okay. Burning while peeing can mean a UTI which needs proper treatment in pregnancy. Get it checked rather than self treating.
Honestly any such medicine should be doctor approved during pregnancy. If you have burning sensation, the gynac will likely test your urine and give the right safe thing. Dont go by the chemist's word.
I had urine burning in pregnancy and my doctor decided what to give, I didnt take anything myself. So for citralka also, ask your gynac first. Could be infection that needs more than just that.
I'd not rely on the internet for this one. Whether citralka suits your pregnancy is your doctor's call, and burning urine is worth a quick checkup anyway. Message your gynac before taking it.
