We stay on 2nd floor without lift so din me 3-4 baar to chadna padta hai. 6 weeks abhi and my saas told me slow chalo, careful raho. mujhe samajh nahi aa raha ye normal stairs ok hai ya thoda avoid karna chahiye early me. pls share

Totally fine, don't worry. Unless your doctor has specifically told you not to because of a medical reason, continue with your normal activities. Just listen to your body, if you feel tired, take a break.
