Coconut water was so refreshing for me during my pregnancy, especially in the hot summer months. Even after my C-section, having light coconut-based foods helped gently restart my digestion. It's a wonderful, natural choice.
Coconut is considered very pure and auspicious, and it is highly nutritious for both you and the baby. Drink nariyal paani with a happy, peaceful mind and pray for your baby's health. Take care, beta.
Managing twin pregnancy means double the acidity, so coconut water was my absolute savior. I practically survived on it to keep my stomach cool. Definitely go for it, it's a lifesaver!
It's excellent for hydration and raw coconut gives very clean, healthy fats. I used to drink it after my daily walking sessions which my doctor had cleared me for. Just check with your doc before starting any daily routines!
