I love nariyal pani and was drinking it almost daily, but my MIL suddenly said too much is not good for the baby. Now im confused. Is there any truth to this or is it fine?
Beta there's an old saying that nariyal paani makes the baby fair, that's just a myth, but it is good for hydration and acidity. Have one in the morning, its gentle and safe.
No no dear, coconut water is actually lovely during pregnancy. In our family everyone drinks it, its hydrating and light. Just have it fresh and in normal amounts, nothing harmful about it.
Its good generally, but one small thing, it does have natural sugar. I had gestational diabetes so I had to limit it. For most people though its perfectly fine, just dont overdo many glasses a day.
Actually it's one of the best things yaar, kept me so hydrated in summer and helped with the acidity. Just drink fresh wala, not the packaged sugary ones.
