I used to have cold coffee almost daily before and im missing it so much in second trimester. Confused if thoda bit is okay or totally band kar dena chahiye. What did u all do?
I preferred having fresh coconut water or buttermilk instead to stay hydrated. But when I really wanted coffee, I kept it very light and went for a nice 20-minute walk afterwards. Of course, only do your walks if your doctor has allowed it!
Honestly cold coffee is the only thing keeping me sane in this 3rd trimester fatigue! I make it with double milk and very less coffee powder. It is like my little daily treat to survive the swelling and backache, haha.
