Since last 4-5 days im running to washroom har thodi der me, even at night 3-4 times uth jaati hu. Period is also late by a week so mind soch raha hai pregnancy. Anyone felt this early on?

Bilkul, it's very common. Your body is making more blood and fluids so kidneys work extra. Keep yourself hydrated but maybe dont drink too much chai/coffee jo aur diuretic hote hain. Just simple water is best.
