I had a very complicated pregnancy journey, so my advice is always to be 100% sure before putting anything in your mouth. Please do not take coral calcium without showing the bottle to your gynecologist first. Self-medicating during pregnancy is just too risky, even with supplements.
I am actually trying to conceive and was reading up on different calcium types. I read that coral calcium might have some impurities or lead in it, which can be unsafe. It is probably better to ask your gynac for a safe daily brand instead.
I did a lot of research on this when my doctor prescribed my prenatal calcium. Actually, coral calcium isn't highly recommended because it can sometimes be contaminated with trace heavy metals like lead. My gynac told me to stick to standard calcium carbonate or citrate as they are tested and totally safe.
Beta, maine toh normal calcium ki goli khayi thi jo doctor ne di thi. Ye sab fancy coral calcium ke baare mein hume nahi pata, par pregnant ho toh bina doctor se puche kuch mat khana. Apni tabiyat ka acche se dhyan rakho, haan?
