We use dhania in literally every sabzi at home. Someone in the family said some greens should be limited in pregnancy and now im second guessing. Is coriander fine to keep eating normally?
Yes, dhania in your food is totally safe and good for digestion actually. I ate it through both pregnancies. Just normal kitchen amounts, no need to make special concentrated drinks of it.
Haan beta, coriander is safe and even good for the tummy. We used to soak dhania seeds overnight and drink that water for acidity. But for cooking just use it normally, it helps a lot with bloating.
