I have bad cold and blocked nose since few days and someone at home suggested cpm. But im 14 weeks and scared to take anything without asking. Has anyone been told its fine in pregnancy? I will confirm with my doc also.
Honestly the safest answer is to ask your own doctor before taking it. Medicine safety depends on your trimester and your health. I never took anything in pregnancy without my gynac's okay.
