I add dalchini in my tea and milk normally. Now im 3 months along and read somewhere it generates heat in body, so got a little tension. Is it ok in small amount or better to skip? pls share ur experience.
I would say be very careful with dalchini because high doses can sometimes trigger uterine stimulation. I completely avoided it in my tea just to be on the safer side.
Just had my baby last month and had normal Indian food with spices like dalchini throughout. It's totally safe as long as it's just a pinch for flavor, so don't worry.
A tiny bit of dalchini in your regular food or tea is perfectly fine, but avoid taking large amounts or cinnamon supplements. During my recovery, I realized how important it is to keep spices moderate for digestion.
Using it as a spice in your daily food is totally safe. Just don't go consuming cinnamon tea or powders in large quantities as it can cause contractions. Keep it balanced.
I felt so confused about spices too! I loved cinnamon rolls, but I made sure to eat them only occasionally and in small portions. Always felt better when I kept it minimal.
