My MIL keeps adding spoonfuls of desi ghee to everything i eat, says it helps for easy delivery. Im 6 months and honestly worried about putting on too much weight. Is there actually any truth to this or just an old saying?
Beta a spoon of desi ghee daily is what we always recommended, it gives strength. But dont overdo it thinking more is better. In moderation it is lovely for you.
