Im 18 weeks and me and my husband are just confused about which positions are fine now that my belly is showing. Someone said this one is more comfortable later on but i wasnt sure if its actually ok. anyone been through this, pls share.
Generally fine but if you have any complication like low placenta or bleeding history, please ask your gynac first. In my case doc gave us some dos and donts, so worth a quick check.
Most positions are fine in a normal pregnancy, just go by comfort. As belly grows you naturally adjust. If your doctor hasnt restricted intimacy, you're good.
Actually side or positions with no belly pressure feel more comfy as you grow yaar. Whatever doesnt strain you is fine. If pregnancy is healthy and doc said okay, no worries.
Comfort is the only rule here, the bump becomes the boss eventually haha. As long as your doctor hasnt said no, just go with what feels good and doesnt hurt.
