Is dolo 500 safe during pregnancy?

Had slight fever yesterday and i have dolo 500 at home but didnt take it, scared in pregnancy. Im 12 weeks. Want to ask my gynac before but just checking here too, anyone took it?

I always messaged my doctor before taking even a single Dolo. Pls do the same and don't self-medicate.
