I've had a mild headache since morning and normally i'd just pop a dolo without thinking. But now im pregnant so i stopped myself. Did your doctors allow it during pregnancy? i'll confirm with mine also but wanted to know.
Even something common like this, I would not take without a quick call to my gynac, especially if you have any condition. Mine guided me on when and how much. Please check first, dont rely on what worked for someone else.
My doc told me paracetamol is the generally preferred one for fever in pregnancy compared to other painkillers, but always on her say so. If you have fever right now dont just self medicate, message your doctor, fever itself needs to be checked too.
Dolo is paracetamol and my doctor did allow it to me for fever and body pain, but she told me the dose and only when really needed. So it can be okay but please confirm with your own doctor the dose for you, dont just pop it on your own.
Dont panic if you already took one for a fever, its commonly used. But going forward just run any medicine, even the regular ones, past your doctor first ok. Better safe.
