My mom keeps telling me to eat moringa, she made drumstick leaves dal yesterday and said its full of iron. I do trust her but wanted to hear from others if u all had it during pregnancy.
Drumstick leaves are very good for iron and calcium beta, we always made it in dal at home. But during pregnancy do thoda check with your doctor about quantity. Cook it well, dont eat raw.
I had it sometimes but kept it light because I wasnt sure how much is too much. The leaves are nutritious from what I read. Best to ask your doctor what amount suits you.
