My gynac has put me on this since i had some early issues, and im taking it daily. But i keep reading random stuff online and now im a little worried about taking medicine in early pregnancy. Did anyone else take this, how was it for u?
Doctors commonly prescribe it in pregnancy, I had it too with my second. As long as your doctor has told you to take it, follow it as directed. Just dont self medicate with it from someone else's advice.
I was on duphaston during my early pregnancy as my doctor prescribed it, and it was fine for me. But please remember it should only be taken exactly as your own doctor tells, not on your own. They know why and how much you need it.
My gynac gave me this in early weeks to support the pregnancy and monitored me. It helped in my case. The important part is it must be doctor prescribed, never start or stop it without asking them.
With my history my doctor put me on it and explained it's a progesterone support. It was okay for me, but everyone's need differs. Take it only as your doctor decides for your body, dont compare doses with others.
